You can click on an avatar if you don't want to see it. I use that for distracting animated avatars.

How about just adding an option for each user to automatically show what happens when you click on an avatar. That way people that don't want to see them don't have to.

i think it depends on the word.. for nipples i think its pretty acceptable to draw a breast but some guys just do that for non related words.. for those .. ban!

Agreed. Is there a way to ban people who purposely draw inappropriate pictures instead of the word they're supposed to draw? Sure we can warn them, but then they can just go to another table. Or stay and waste our time and table space. The "report abuse" option has options for bad avatar and bad chat - but not for bad drawings.
