There's nothing we can do about it? Even if it's blatantly obvious?

at 4:54 AM, Monday May 5, 2008 EDT Does it really matter that much to everyone? I understand it's important in kdice because cheaters ruin gameplay for everybody, but in xsketch, if you don't like it you can move tables instantly (most of the time). Leave the cheaters and trolls to amuse themselves. I doubt they'd get into the top 25 or something anyway.
More heavy-handed options at tables would be good though. |

at 2:35 PM, Monday May 5, 2008 EDT Some cheating is pretty annoying.
Today, for example, urma and Kody65 were sitting with two other players. They just kept warning out the other two, and then giving each other the answers on their turn. But whatever. Just thought I'd share. ;) |

at 11:07 PM, Monday May 5, 2008 EDT i couldn't find if there was a discussion where cheaters were listed, but srikumar and sriNith have been cheating at around 12:01am est 5/6. They would guess each other's answers based on barely anything. One time one guessed the right answer when nothing had been drawn. And other times they write the word. Eventually everyone left. But I fear after everyone else left, they just went to another table and preyed on people until those people left that table.

at 12:10 AM, Tuesday May 6, 2008 EDT kdice is a lot harder to cheat in though (unless you gang up). It's a board game, not a game based on words. I know for a fact that foxylady was the biggest point loser because she got auto-warned by Maynard and jakedahn and they took her pot. She couldn't draw for quite a few turns while they reaped the benefits. By the way, both those players are in the top 100.

at 10:56 AM, Tuesday May 6, 2008 EDT OK, judging by forum posts I suppose cheating, and more importantly bad behaviour, is becoming a problem. Should we consider volunteering to become moderators? I could probably spare the effort.
