I have a few suggestions most would require a lot of coding.

1. Introduce a sort of probation period. To reduce the powers of newly registered members to some degree for example not able to post on the forums or rate or leave comments on other players. After a new player have been playing for certain amount (5 days for a example) or after a person has enough points (1500) to let all of the normal things be available.
I think this will help prevent a lot of problems with people re-registering.

2. Remove word vote.
I suggest having a remove word page where people will vote for removing the word from the database by typing it. So if the word comes in the rotation enough times and people vote to remove it, then it can be taken out of the rotation and put under consideration to admin.
This would work best with my first suggestions so the newly registered members will not be able to vote away anything as well as suggest words.

3.Player rating.
Another suggestion to attempt and do something about the newly registered rude people. If members could go to a person's page and give them a negative score then some sort of automated banning system can be introduced. (for example ban until the end of the day, so Advisors can make have a look and decide what to do next).
Again this would only work well with my first suggestion so the new players wont be able to give negative score to everyone.


4.Word filter.
Introduce a word filter for chat and guess box. Where swear words would be replaced with ** . Also a penalizing system could be introduced by taking away points for example.


5.Reporting.
This would require a lot of coding though.
Adding an option for reporting sketch chat or guess. So if someone draws or says something rude their chat or drawing can be logged. Again some sort of limit on the amounts of reports in an hour or two hour period before temporary ban can be introduced.
