thank so much to whomever it was who taught us how to mute annoying players so we don't see what they wrote... works like a charm

This is a great way of ignoring annoying people. Too bad many of the new members are not aware of it. And usually end up playing on the same tables where the rude people are. Maybe somewhere on the page explaining how to use it would help. Maybe under the chat box?

I recently mentioned this to Sanday...it was the most useful thing I learned playing kdice.

You can also unmute, I believe, if you want to see what's going on when someone realises you're ignoring them.

Yes you can unmute. Its simply /unmute playername eg. /unmute bob
