Why is no one helping me??? : (

I'M ALSO HAVING ISSUES GETTING SIGNED INTO THE ROOMS. I get a msg: "Start Session Failed"

Ways to possibly fix the above problems.

Clear your browser's cache in options.
Try a different browser.

Check that Java RE is up to date on your computer (http://www.java.com/en/download/help/testvm.xml)

Check that Adobe Flash is up to date on your computer (http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/) by checking the version displayed on the webpage against the table for your operating system.

Update if required. If the game still isn't displaying, try uninstalling, and reinstalling both programs.

However, Xsketch is having major technical issues at present, and is at the moment crashing once a day. Ryan is trying to fix the problem and hopefully he will soon. If you cannot load the site, and suspect it may be crashed, wait several hours and try again.
