Now of we look at how our government is set up we have 3 branches.. All branches supposely have equal power, correct? And if the president makes a law we can say its unconstitutional.. And what I think is that in this situation Lei is braking the Line of her power. According to ammendment VIII excessive bail shall not be required nor excessive fines, nor cruel or unusaul punishment to be inflicted. ! |
