Jpeg avatars please help

I have recentley loaded jpeg avatars. I need help to put them on xsketch. When i have uploaded and log in& out my avatar space is either blank or the jpeg has stopped moving. What should i do?
Please help me all you experienced jpeg users out there. HELP!!! |
