I got a question...me and a few of my friends recently started playing this game and read the rules, both of them, and started playing. Quickly we realized that the rules are not only essentially ignored, but if you point this out to the person/people who aren't following the rules, you are ridiculed and attacked by everyone else.

People continuously write when drawing. They assume that if someone guesses a word that starts with the first letter of their word, they can write it. People also will just write out the first letter without ever having used the hint option. Now we all know that the hint option doesn't even show up for a few seconds. I personally understand if someone wants to jot the letter down AFTER they have hinted.. not before. And still even more people think it's ok to write the first letter of muliple words in the answer...obviously not allowed. These are the only rules that really need to be followed...and yet when we warn or point out that it is cheating...everyone attacks us.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong...but this is stupid. Your cheating if you write any letter. No matter what....why is this such a sore topic...people get mad and offended when you point this out to them.

Please someone explain to me how it is that the only dudes in this community who aren't cheating AT ALL are the ones who are ridiculed for doing so.

And for everyone who responds to this and says" but dude, it's ok to write the first letter, everyone does it..." Don't bother to even post, if i have to explain why to you then your obviously not intelligent enough to read the only two rules in the game.

sometimes the hint button doesn't work and without it nobody wins, I understand your frustration, it is a website which takes people down to nothing after one month, they are just people and get frustrated and bend the rules. Bend is the key word.

everyone understands that the points reset, that's not frustratng, it's liberating...your not penalized for playing casually, each month is a new start...and it's not bending when it literally is the opposite of what the rule is. Don't write letters...boom, they write letters. The hints are there for a reason, i understand. But you have to use them the way they are intended or you are by definition cheating.
