UnBan or Cancel Account- HOW TO

My pal OriginalRockstar got banned the other day when a jerk at his job used his login. How can he canel his account or how can he get unbanned and be allowed to chat and play again. He tried to just make a new login but he only has one email( system said you cannot make account using email that was on another account)???

I have reinstated this account as I believe that situation could have happened to any player and it would not be fair to hold it against anyone. What if it happened to me?
