if anyone knows how to make a formal complaint please tell me, this is why

She is there when needed and peeks in to check on every1, making sure no one is cheating or bad mouthing others. she uses her discretion and is a very good judge of character. She encourages people who are new to keep trying and bans people who are demeaning to others. You should be banned for your comment about wanting her to die until you become more stable. keep up the good work, quick!
