Myself and several other Mac users have experienced recent problems being able to play. In the hopes of finding a remedy I'm going to list the problems we're having and all of the unsuccessful solutions we have tried.
Problem: -When arriving at a table the sketch can is visible for a brief period of time, then disappears or freezes on the screen. -The draw function is disabled. What we've tried: -Refreshing -Signing out then signing back in -Updating browsers -Trying different browsers (FireFox, Safari,IE and possibly others) -Updating flash -Updating computer -Restart computer -Prayer -Begging As of yet, no solutions have been proposed that work. I appreciate everyone's advice and support so far. If you can think of anything we haven't tried, know someone who has overcome these problems, or have some sway with Ryan please pass the word along. Much Appreciated, Outdated Old Cell Phone Guy (PM325) |

at 11:19 PM, Sunday October 25, 2009 EDT Awesome, thank you. I started having the problem after I upgraded to 10.6. I must have updated Flash in that time too.
I'm happy to drop to Flash 9 if it means I can Xsketch again. |

at 4:55 AM, Tuesday October 27, 2009 EDT I attempted this with 10.6.1 and it didn't work. I uninstalled Flash successfully, but upon trying to run the Flash 9 installer, it told me that the version of Flash currently on the machine was newer than the version it was trying to install.
I hope this gets sorted on the development side of things, as it's a pain not being able to play on the OS X side of my machine. |
