Pot Booster and Gordon Brown

I would like to ask why these accounts have been banned, as both me and a friend use these.
I'll explain what I was doing with Pot Booster in an attempt to justify it. I started the account because of this jewbot guy who was sitting in and leaving seat all the time. Pot Booster allowed me to go on and try to make the pot a large amount as a bit of fun and also to try and get something out of his annoying bot. He actually stopped doing this shortly after, whether it was to do with me or not I don't know. After this I went around on the account because I quite liked it and I started going afk in rooms, of which I only did twice and for a very short amount of time. Oce TCS warned me I attempted to start playing normally and the next thing I know, i'm banned. I'm a bit confused over Gordon as it wasn't my account although I know he won the large pot a few times, although he most certainly wasn't alone in doing this. |

at 8:13 AM, Thursday April 29, 2010 EDT 1st off users are not to share accounts.
2nd I might believe the story about a friend and you however when I check the accounts and all of the other fake accounts that you have been making of other users (Yes, I've been watching and tracking you) thats not cool. 3rd I have screenshots of both accounts with the same IP. http://tinypic.com/usermedia.php?uo=JDduC2mKjduu0gjqm8S1roh4l5k2TGxc http://tinypic.com/usermedia.php?uo=JDduC2mKjdtrTw7a031Uboh4l5k2TGxc To me when both IP's are one in the same and comments have been left on one profile saying thanks and your welcome, something is wrong. Whats even more odd is the 'your welcome' was posted before the 'thanks'. |

at 12:23 PM, Thursday April 29, 2010 EDT Yeh i'll admit we've had multiple accounts, although the thing about 2 people is real, it's in a school environment so we would have to have the same IP.
I guess from my way of looking at it, we saw the multiple accounts we created, in a way that made them not really accounts and over looked the fact that they were. That means that the majority of any accounts created were for the purpose of having a laugh so the idea of them being a serious account flew over our heads, without us realising. Anyway, thanks for atleast telling us and I hope the explanation makes sense. Yeh it's an explanation not a justification, it's hard for anyone to miss where we went wrong. As I say, that's the way I view it and I can't speak for the other. Thanks |

at 5:25 PM, Thursday April 29, 2010 EDT Even in a "School" environment the IP (internet Protocol) is different on each and every computer, it's like a finger print for a computer.
However, I'm going to be nice since I do not believe that you were debility trying to cheat as you so explained. On the 1st of May (Saturday) I will reissue the accounts as along as you and your unnamed accomplice do not cheat anymore (I will catch you is you do) and stop making false profiles of users. I can understand having fun (The point if this website) and that you both may have been unaware to the rules of the site since you are both rather new. TCS |

at 9:39 AM, Friday April 30, 2010 EDT I don't how these things work but I can ensure we are at a school while doing this and we have the same IP, although I suppose that doesn't matter too much and the issue is the block.
Thanks for un-banning us anyway. I think the message needed to be made clear to us because like I said, while we were doing this, the idea that we were doing wrong flew straight over our heads at the time. I'd just like to make it clear we never had any malicious intent to anyone although I think the alt accounts of other users were over the line if not very close to it. Thanks again. |
