A way to boot griefers/PGAers

It is much easier to be a griefer in this game than in KDice. Also two people can cheat by exchanging the answers via IM.
Maybe players could be booted from a table using a voting system. A method is also needed to prevent cheaters from amassing huge numbers of points. |
