Optional Table themes (via /theme)

To make the implementation of themes a bit easier, and draw in interested players:

I propose that every table has a variable that stores a phrase describing a theme;

That by default for most tables this variable is empty;

That people can set the theme for a table by using a chatbox command, say /theme;

That at least 2 people must use /theme to set the theme (to prevent abuse);

That the theme may influence gameplay but players should not feel forced to use it;

That the theme will be displayed in the top left when sitting at a table and also in the Change Tables dialog box;

That the theme variable will be cleared automatically when all players leave the table, or 20 rounds go by.

5 people think this is a good idea

Each section of this idea is open to suggestions...if you keep discussing it I won't have to bump it :D

i would say 3 players change it instead of 2.. other than that perfect! :)

and i also believe in the optional part of the theme.. its kinda of bad when i see people "forcing" others
