okay, garlic butter with bacon pieces for flavour. Crush some salt and vinegar potato chips to use as crumbs.Whisk an egg. Use corn flour on the fish, then into the egg and then coat with the salt and vinegar chips, then cook in the garlic butter, don't let the butter burn or let the garlic stick to the pan
