chopped onion & bell pepper 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper 8 oz. diced tomatoes 1/2 lb. shredded potatoes 11 oz. can chili con queso soup (or likewise) 1/4 cup diced jalapenos (including juice) bake in glass baking pan covered in foil for 30 min., remove and stir bake 30 more minutes uncovered remove, stir, and enjoy! |
